I am energetic and I have 20 years experience in marketing, management, sales and "above the crowd" customer service skills!

In 1987, I created P.S. Nice Tan, a new local tanning salon in a brand new industry.  Over the next 18 years, I grew P.S. Nice Tan from a 4 bed tanning salon to a 52 bed tanning salon, owning its own real estate.  P.S. Nice Tan was named "Who's Who Leader" among Peoria businesses for 8 years in a row.  In 1998/1999 P.S. Nice Tan was named one of the top 250 tanning salons in the nation.  I sold P.S. Nice Tan in 2005 to Reflections tannery.

I have raised money for the "Rwanda Relief Fund," collected and donated toys to Peoria Children's Home.  I organinzed an auction that raised just over $32,000 for the Belinda and Briana Litwin Scholarship fund which was all donated to the "Whitney Walk", Whitney Walk is an organization that helps prevent teenage suicide, named after Whitney Grotts.

When I began in Real Estate, I chose to work with RE/MAX Unlimited because it too is a "Who's Who Leader" among Peoria businesses.  It is the area's premier real estate organization and is known worldwide and sells more homes than anyone else. 

Our homes are lifetime investments and they carry with them strong personal ties.  I know that buying and selling a home ranks among my clients most important experiences and I strive to approach that task with sensitivity, concern and competence.
